VIBE AND VEGAS SHOW: JAY MARTIN “COMEDY CHOSE HIM”

Jay Martin has been one of Canada’s top comedians for the last few years. He is the youngest of seven children. His parents got divorced when he was five years old which resulted in him lacking a father in his life. His mother passed away on his sixteenth birthday. This is when “comedy chose him”. During this interview, Jay talks about how he kept on going during his challenging days while he was growing up, being homeless for a period of time, the moment that he found out that comedy was going to be his career, why he is a “clean” comic, the business and science of comedy and his favorite comics. He is even provides some nuggets for those who may be interested in becoming a comic. When we recorded this interview, Jay had a special announcement.
