She also served as an Education Preparation Program Director, Dissertation Chair, and Adjunct Professor at Houston Baptist University. Currently, she works as a consultant and CEO of Consult Dr. Michelle and an Adjunct Professor at Lamar University.

Dr. Fennick provides consulting services to businesses and individuals looking to improve their online presence. She talks about her experience in the field and how she has helped clients achieve success.
