Weeks after Maui’s deadly wildfires, there are still unanswered questions about the government’s failed response before and after the fires began. A one-time leader of the far right extremist group The Proud Boys has been sentenced to 18 years in prison for his role in the January 6th attack on the U.S. 18 years ties the record for the longest sentence for those convicted in the January 6th assault.
