Love: Change your approach meditate on Ephesians 4:2, “Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.”

Involves: Always seek God’s Truth. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, Don’t you know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit? The Spirit is in you. You have received him from God. You do not belong to yourselves. 20Christ has paid the price for you. So use your bodies in a way that honors God.

Faithful: Stay true to the facts until it becomes routine. Romans 10:17, So faith comes from hearing and hearing through the word of Christ.

Expressions: Acknowledge the patterns of your unbeneficial habits. James 1:19, Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger;
