The HMP crew is back! Welcome to episode 16, the start of season 2 of the Haitian Millennial journey in America. (13:00) The crew catches up and talks about the things they did while they were away. Next, The crew gets into a brief debate about AirPod sharing etiquette (43:10). (49:00) The journey of season 2 commenced. The goal for this season is to talk about life after high school, the “grown” stage. In this episode, the crew begins to share their story of when they moved out of their parent’s house. They talked about some of the challenges faced during the transition from high school to college. How the language barriers in the Haitian household affected their process of “adulting”. Lastly, the crew wishes everyone a Happy Thanksgiving! This episode is full of laughter but also a lot of serious conversations that are much needed for the Haitian Millennial in America.
