In Episode #362, we talk about how playing it safe can be a hinderance to growth. There are times when growth has to be intentional. Otherwise, you can stay in the same place.

The newest project that David & Donni are doing is one of the largest that they ever done together. Sometime, you can't wait until you have every single thing in place before starting.

On a smaller scale, when we want to go to the kitchen a get a glass of water we have to stand up, walk and make our way to the kitchen to get the water. It's not going just appear in our hands. This requires walking towards getting the water. More specifically, you have to take one step at a time.

For Example: If you're wanting to buy a commercial building, you have to take the steps toward acquiring the building. You have to take the steps. You may have to have all the money but, you at least have to have enough to get you foot in the door. once you in you have to hit the ground running to make sure that the operation will pay fo the building. Sometime saving the money in full is unnecessary.
