EP 71: Rooting Yourself in the Now

It’s been awhilebut hey friends! Syd is back with a solo situation, ready to catch up. As of lately it seems like the world is on fire but there is hope that brighter days are on the horizon. Syd jumps in her psychology bag and breaks down how excessively thinking distracts many people from living in the present. Often people are either stuck in the past or anxiously awaiting the future. This is due to being able to rewrite either option. The past can be controted to seem better than it actually was while the future contains an enormous amount of possibilities. Yet, there are plenty of concious ways we can root ourselves to be more present in our own lives.
