Policing in America Needs to Change

This week Mysonne and Tamika speak with Attorney Lee Merritt about the recent viral video that shows a ‘physical altercation’ between Atlanta police officer and an Ohio woman, after her refusal to sign a ticket. They also, go more in depth about the responsibilities of a police officer. Later on in the episode, they also speak with the sisters of Sean Monterrosa, a 22-year-old Latino American man who was fatally shot on June 2, 2020, by Vallejo police officer Jarrett Tonn, and discuss the different actions they are taking to get justice for their brother.
