Mama Has Lived Feat Calyann Barnett

As the stylist and creative director for Dwyane Wade, Calyann spent 14 years building the NBA legend into a style icon, and she's also worked with clients like Nicki Minaj, Usain Bolt, and Spike Lee.  In addition to her work as a stylist, Calyann is also the founder of The Shop Miami, a new retail concept that celebrates fashion, entrepreneurship, and the city of Miami. She shares the story of how she launched The Shop Miami, and discusses the challenges and rewards of being a Black female entrepreneur.  She also shares the story of a life-changing trip to Mykonos, where she went from being a party animal to a designated driver.  Caly details her decision to convert to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the impact it has had on her life.
