Sometimes we keep shoes way longer than we should because they are comfortable and familiar. But we’ve walked through dirty and contaminated places IN these shoes. And then, in these same shoes that we don’t want to take off, we try to walk into intimate worship with the Father, into the Holy of Holy’s. Only to end up feeling like we haven’t truly connected with GOD, that our worship is stunted and that we are not able to get the answers to questions we’ve been praying about. And we feel powerless in fighting life’s battles. But Moses and Joshua are proof that when you are obedient and take off your shoes of the world in Gods’ intimate presence, we get the answers, direction, authority, power and Victory that we have been searching for.
