In this episode, Jay and I rapped about how social media has become too influential. We talk about if it’s possible to detox from the internet. Additionally, we talked about how we subconsciously compare our lives to others on social media. Another point we made was how  healthy competition is needed.  Also we had a lot of audience engagement and they asked the following questions.
