Its almost that time of the year, Merry X-mas everyone. In this Episode the gang got to sit down and break bread with world traveler Dr. Bob the Pain and Stress Relief Doctor. Dr. Bob provided us a lil example of his technique along with giving us some game on how we can better manage our stress and pain, how black folk can better unite, how many countries has he visited so far, and what caused him become a doctor of Pain and Stress relief.  We also got blessed by a music video by Da Fleet  @dafleetx “God Body.” I dont have to tell you to sit back relax, sooth your stress and listen to a dope show.
