”Bout that Life” AAU Basketball and Life talk Episode 41

Coach C. Collins is ready to talk more AAU basketball, life and everything in between. In this episode, the coach has the opportunity to sit down with ex NBA player, book author and current college Referee Tremaine Fowlkes.  Tremaine won a championship in 2004 with the Detroit pistons and has been making a solid career as a ref in the game of basketball. He is someone that enjoys the youth and being kind to others so the coach Collins sitting down and getting a chance to understand this mans journey is a rare treat.

• The small forward position. Fowlkes was drafted out of Fresno State by the Denver Nuggets with the 54th pick of the 1998 NBA draft, though he did not make an NBA on-court appearance until the 2001–02 season.
• He has played for the Los Angeles Clippers (two seasons), Detroit Pistons (one season, winning the 2003–04 championship) and Indiana Pacers (one season) of the NBA, averaging 3 points and 2.2 rebounds in 103 career games. He also appeared for the New Orleans Hornets during the 2004 preseason
