Are you feeling burned out, stressed, worried all the time, or losing sleep? Maybe its time to check your boundaries. If you don’t have firm boundaries at work and home, it’s easy for people to get over on you and leave you drained and stretched thin.

In this episode, my guest Rachel shares that everyone is trying to get their needs met. But this doesn’t mean that you should give up yours. It’s okay to want your needs and values.

As moms, we tend to get oppressed in our own space. With people stealing our ideas, taking our time, and trying to convince us that we need to be nicer, smile more, and be kinder.

On top of that, there’s this societal pressure to sacrifice everything for your kids and be there any time they need us. Which is not true or fair. We can’t be available all the time because we will get burned out.

This is why boundaries are so important. We have to learn to say no and have firm boundaries. Check out this episode to get tips for maintaining boundaries at work and at home so that you can avoid burn out and unnecessary stress.
