723: Worry is a Poor Use of Imagination (How to Work Through Coronavirus Disease)

The Coronavirus disease. Yep, it’s scary and these are kinda crazy times. Do what you can to be safe and stay informed. Check the CDC.gov web site for the latest information and updates, take car of yourself and your family. Do all of those things. But as I share in this episode, what I hope you also choose to do is not worry; but instead, you get to work! Worry is a poor use of your imagination. How can you make the best use of this time? In this episode, I offer some suggestions on how you can avoid letting these times get you low, and how to focus on the things that light you up.
