I hope you’ve managed to curate your little space with people who you can learn from or folks that make you laugh or bring you joy. One of my favorite people to follow is Dr Nicole LePera. Her handle is the.holistic.psychologist on IG. She talks a lot about healing and gives examples of language for a lot of the common but taboo emotional things that we deal with daily. Recently she made a meme about respect and I found it to be so simple but profound so I wanted to expand on it.
