As men, we desire to provide. Provide security for our households, physical security, emotional security, financial security and any other way that we can provide that security. Always showing up in these ways is championed and becomes a drug, so much so, that in the times we may not be able to come through like we have in the past or like we want to, we still say “I got it” or “I’m good”. We do this because we are the “Superhero’s” of our households the one that saves the day. But at times it’s necessary to take off the cape! 

In this episode we talk in detail on the vulnerability it requires to take that cape off and how to unlock new levels of intimacy in doing so! Fellas, we know it’s not easy!  We’ve learned that there is growth in vulnerability and just by simply expressing why you won’t be able to do something rather than shouldering the burden of your own “I got it” knowing that you don’t.
