In today’s episode we discuss what couples want more hot or heart-centered sex. Prompted by conversations about their upcoming book, George and Laurie define and explore these two types of sexual connection, how they are different and how they are alike. Withdrawers may find the concept of hot sex too pressure filled and back away from the idea while pursuers might gravitate to that concept. However, we discuss that hot sex can often be a benefit of connected sex. There is more attunement and less pressure or judgement to perform.
