#3165: “Who” Over “How”

In this class, I’m talking about “Who over How.” This idea came to me while I was trying to figure out some software that could help my business. I quickly realized that spending hours learning how to set it up wasn’t the best use of my time. Instead, I needed to find someone who’s good at that stuff and let them handle it. The lesson? Focus on what you’re great at and find the right people to handle the rest. Let’s break it down.
