Since 2012, Ryane LeCesne has served as the Advance Accelerator Coach, guiding nearly 1,000 high-achieving women, with a focus on the unique challenges faced by high-achieving Black women. Specializing in overcoming Impostor Syndrome, Perfectionism, and Distractionism, Ryane empowers women to pursue their professional dreams.

Having experienced the frustration of diligently following success blueprints yet feeling a lack of clarity, confidence, and courage, she empathetically addresses these challenges. Ryane’s evidence-based, holistic coaching process has proven transformative, helping women break through self-limiting mindsets and advance professionally.

Beyond coaching, Ryane is a dedicated wife and mother, passionate about personal development, leadership, and spirituality. Proudly affiliated with The Links, Incorporated, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Ryane is a Spelman College and Georgetown University alumna.
