Often, we resist change or urgency because it induces anxiety, but embracing discomfort is essential for growth. It’s about pushing yourself until what’s uncomfortable becomes normal, and then doing it all over again.
Choose your discomforts wisely, have clear goals, and consider seeking guidance from a coach who can help you navigate the journey. Remember, it’s not about what you know; it’s about what you do with that knowledge that counts.
