Jovan Smith, known as J Stalin, is a hip-hop artist who was born and raised in West Oakland, California. He has single handedly built a name for himself through his own Livewire Records Label. He was scouted by Richie Rich, a gold selling rapper who appeared on songs with 2Pac. He has garnered much attention in the music industry and released a slew of independent mixtapes and albums over his 15+ year career.
