I barely use social media, and when I do, I search for things that I want to talk about in this podcast that will surely help my listeners. I came across this trend in social media which is “Quiet quitting” – doing only the minimum requirements of one’s job.
Today, I will explain how quiet quitting is for losers. If you are only giving a bare minimum of effort, you are a loser. If you are the boss that has an employee that is doing this, you are also making yourself a loser.
Time, money, and energy is an investment so make sure not to use it for losers.
Show notes:
[09:00]#1 Success is going the extra mile – quality, quantity, and mental attitude.
[14:38]#2 If you are just giving more than the bare minimum you are working at the wrong job, find yourself a different job.
[21:57]#3 If you have a staff that is demonstrating quiet quitting, you have done a bad job of recruiting.
