Understanding is defined as being sympathetically aware of other people’s feelings, being tolerant, and forgiving of others. But the world where we operate is a results based business, not an emotion based business. So you are not entitled to be understood by anybody.

The only thing people care about are the results that you produce based on your performance. If you need understanding, go to a therapist!
