222. Candace Parker

On this edition of Road Trippin’, the crew is joined by Candace Parker of the Chicago Sky. “The GOATess” (as Channing rightfully calls her) speaks to aging within the sport and how she’ll adapt her game when those legendary skills start to decline. As for what her body’s telling her ahead of coming back for a 16th WNBA season, Candace tells us, “I plan to play.”

Candace addresses the ongoing Britney Griner situation, which really hits home for her…having played in Russian Leagues for five years and marrying a Russian. She gets into just how scary things are for Britney & her family and how we all need to stay persistent in pushing out messages calling for her release.
