Is there a habit that you need to part ways with? When we're talking about habits -in particular- it's wise to have a new habit to replace that old habit with.

One method that you can use is to take inventory of you patterns and the outcome of those patterns. Next, if you are wanting to spot a habit it's helpful to develop a distaste for that habit. It's not enough to just say that you are going to stop something. You also must be aware of the outcome that the habit is associated with. If you don't like the outcome it's easier to part ways with this habit.
