Good morning, beautiful.
Our meditations this week revolve around the theme of silent mind.
When we close our eyes and slow down, it can feel like the thoughts in our heads get even louder, constantly calling for our attention.
This is completely normal. Β Practicing meditation does not mean we close our eyes and the thoughts magically disappear. Β It means we practice letting those thoughts go when we notice them, so we can find more silence in the space between.
So we can experience more expansive moments of a silent mind.
