How do black women get to show their anger without looking like the stereotypical "angry black woman"? This is a question I've wrestled for too long until I realized I wasn't the problem. And it wasn't my problem to fix.
So this episode is about letting go of shame in releasing the very valid anger we feel. And deflecting narratives that keep you stuck in that shame.
