On this episode I get to speak with Pongee Barnes. Pongee is probably one of my favorite interviews. She has a great mindset regarding debt and investing, she isn’t a full time flipper but she focuses on doing one good flip each year, another great thing I learned is how she does the BRRR method without pulling out the equity in a refi.
