This week I missed the mark with Self Care and I’m currently running on fumes. I had an entire other episode planned, yet here we are. I owe it to myself to get me back together and a much needed recharge is coming. I can’t do a damn thing for y’all and I’m not doing right by myself. You have to know when it’s time to take a break.
