Finally, we talked about leadership, and the role of a leader to cast a clear vision and assemble a team willing to contribute their gifts, talents and passion in pursuit of that common goal. In the process, Marc highlighted the importance of remembering and understanding the humanity of those in our charge so we can best align their needs and aspirations with those of the business.
