Keshav is the principal and founder of Clive Capital, a private equity firm based out of New York City. Clive Capital helps everyday investors, primarily tech employees, passively invest outside of the stock market into alternative assets including real estate, energy, small businesses, and more. So far, we have helped investors passively invest into over 1,000 apartments and 500 single family homes across 4 different markets in the U.S. Keshav is also a partner at Legacy Acquisitions, a real estate development firm focused on ground up construction of Build-to-Rent communities.
In addition to his experience as an investor, Keshav is also the host of the Investing for Generational Wealth Podcast which helps investors understand the many opportunities available through alternative investments. Previous to founding Clive Capital, Keshav was a software engineer working at top tech companies, including Amazon and Facebook.
