Simon is the Principal and Founder of SAS Texas Capital, a real estate firm focused on raising capital for the acquisition of value add, class B & C multifamily properties. SAS Texas Capital currently has interest in over 220 units in San Antonio, Texas.  We talked to Simon about his transition from being a single family investor to investing in multifamily, how networking and posting on social media helped his growth, and the importance of mindset.
