Dr. Chimsom Oleka, MD (Dr. Chimmy) is a pediatric & adolescent gynecologist and board certified OBGYN. She gave us the most helpful advice – from why you need to let your vagina/vulva breathe, how to talk about safe/unsafe touches with your child, when to start talking to your child about private parts, first time having a period and more! From laughing to crying and back to laughing, this was the longest, and probably most informative MNAB episode to date!
