đ¸ Episode Overview
Boundaries are not just about saying ânoââtheyâre about saying âyesâ to what truly matters. In this powerful episode, Coach LA sits down with media powerhouse Tonia Magras, COO of Hull Bay Productions, to talk about the sacred act of setting boundariesâwithout guilt, shame, or apology.
From decades of navigating the media world to telling raw and real stories through film, Tonia exemplifies how boundary-setting can become a personal and professional superpower. Weâll explore her journey as a leader, creative, and survivorâand how honoring her truth gave birth to her most personal and courageous project yet: her upcoming film âdo you remember me?â, based on her own life story.

âdo you remember me?â â a deeply moving true story of trauma, confrontation, and healing.
Written and directed by Tonia Magras, the film follows âNicky,â a woman who must confront the person who tried to destroy her 38 years earlier. As she relives the pain of May 4, 1987, she draws strength from faith, family, and unshakable inner power.
Filmed in partnership with a student production crew at Fitchburg State University, the film is a bold reclaiming of voice and powerâan act of boundary-setting and survival in its purest form.
