As October comes to a close we could not go to next month without acknowledging that October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and leading this charge is Mae Henny as invited first time guest and survivor of abuse as well as well as poet we have Tasha ! and we have returning guest Clinical therapist Tatiana.

but after that we do talk about both toxic and abusive relationships so TRIGGER WARNING as the ladies give their testimonies and share stories about surviving abusive relationships and how to leave .
