Hello my loves. It’s been a minute since my last podcast episode and for reason. In today’s episode, I open up about how I’ve been doing mentally, emotionally and the other-side to leveling up or glowing up. Often times, glowing up is glamorized as this amazing, beautiful transformative journey — and it is, but there is also another side to it. The truth is, the journey of personal growth can also be ugly, hard and lonely. And, if we are not careful, it can cause us serious emotional destress and mental health issues. In this episode, I am open and hones about how I am navigating this season of slowing down in order to take care of myself so that I can come back better. I hope you enjoy.
