Friends and Kin please forgive me as this episode is coming to you a little late. My sincerest apologies. Life has been absolutely LIFE-ING like a MUGG over here, mayne. I have found myself really having to dig in deep when it comes to self-care and making sure I don’t go over the edge.
This conversation is all about how even though LIFE IS DOING WHAT IT DOES, we still must take the time out to care for ourselves. Time may be limited. Finances may be limited. Energy may be limited. However, it is up to YOU/ME/US to ensure we are taking the best possible care of ourselves in order to show up in the world as OUR BEST VERSION OF OURSELVES.
