About Shira
Shira is a high school senior and the founder of Planet Empower, a digital children's magazine aimed at helping parents and children to thrive during these unprecedented times while encouraging youth to give back to their communities. As a community service-oriented individual herself, she recognized the need to help one another at the outset of the pandemic and wanted to also support parents as their children learn from home. Shira is excited to continue fostering kindness and empathy through Planet Empower's educational and experiential activities.
