Philadelphia police are searching for a suspect who gunned down a star basketball player over the weekend. Police say Jasmine Lewis was driving on the 6000 block of Wister Street when she was shot in the head. Her car knocked down a traffic light, before crashing into a fence. She was later pronounced dead. Lewis’ family says she was transferring to a school in New York in the fall. Anyone with information about this latest incident is asked to call police at 215-686-TIPS.
