Mentorship opportunities are great conduits for growth, particularly if both parties are benefiting from the relationship. However, I have found that so many millennials fall into phases where they cant properly define what types of relationships and people are needed for growth. I don’t have all the answers but on this episode I want to share some perspective from my experience to help you find/create the community that you desire.
