The Winston-Salem Police Department said on Monday a 20-year-old woman was killed in a domestic violence incident Sunday. A spokesperson for the department said a suspect had not been named nor charges filed because police are still investigating. According to the Winston-Salem Police Department, officers responded to the 2200 block of Lula Street, near Flag Street, around 7:10 p.m. Sunday to reports of shots fired. The area of the incident isn’t far from Salem Parkway and Fifth Street. Bria Robinson, 20, was found suffering from a gunshot wound. Forsyth County Emergency Medical Services pronounced Robinson dead at the scene. “The Winston-Salem Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in this case.
