Jovan Belcher, Kansas City Chiefs Linebacker, died by suicide on December 1, 2012. Prior to his death, Jovan took the life of his girlfriend, Kassandra Perkins.

Michelle opens up about suicidal thoughts, the importance of her faith, family, and friends, as well as the lessons she has learned about prioritizing mental health.
