BEE 31 – Sheila Gemin

Sheila Gemin, engineer, executive coach, entrepreneur & athlete. She is the founder of The Cycling Academy, a company that focuses on training endurance athletes 24/7 in the Netherlands. She started as she was training herself for a charity event and wanted to form a training group. Today she tells us about the baby steps that took her from her 9 to 5 as an engineer to her success as an entrepreneur. All of this while balancing work, self care and her life as a wife and mother of 4.
