I’m Focused, Man.

Today’s Practice:  Choose a song that you love and sing along to it.  Notice each time your mind wanders, and bring it back to the hearing of the song and your voice singing along.  Start the song over and try again. See if you can stay focused in the moment, in the singing for the duration of the song. Make it a game.  Don’t follow any thoughts. Sing TO Love. Stay as Love.
