They just saying, “Look, you got a boost in this. You got that and that.” It’s more to it than that. And being a sports fan myself, I’m big on customer service. If you screw me once, I will not be back. It’s just how it is. I’ll stay home and watch a game from home. And I realized that and if you want these fans to come back, you have to be on it.
