Culture does not happen on its own. If I don’t intentionally shape it, chaos and disorder will fill the gap. Culture is created by what I enforce and what I allow, because what gets reinforced becomes the norm.
In this episode, I explain why leadership is responsible for setting culture through standards, not words. What gets ignored becomes accepted, and anything outside the culture I want must be checked and corrected.
